Brian McMahon

At 4:15 p.m. on Wednesday, June 4, McMahon and KPMG Principal Rocco deGrasse will explore the challenges in complying with OECD and other anti-bribery and corruption regulations while addressing local business practices and customs.

Later that day (5:30 p.m.), McMahon and deGrasse will host an informal conversation with compliance executives to discuss the challenges faced and strategies implemented at attendees' companies regarding fraud risk in emerging markets (limited to 24 executives).

McMahon Brian McMahon is Vice President, Compliance for Prudential Financial specializing in international insurance compliance matters. He joined the Prudential International Insurance Compliance team in 2005 and has responsibility for the local Compliance teams in Argentina, Brazil, Italy, Mexico and Poland, as well as day-to-day management responsibility for the Newark-based PII Compliance team that supports all the international operations. His team provided Compliance support for recent start-ups in India and Mexico.

McMahon joined Prudential in 1997, initially as part of Corporate Compliance. He has provided compliance support to various business units including Group Insurance (life and disability), Prudential Bank and Trust, Retirement Services, among others.

From 2001-2002, he was Vice President, Relationship Management responsible for developing cross-selling opportunities across various business units.

Prior to joining Prudential, McMahon worked for IBM Corporation for more than 10 years in various capacities including sales, business planning and internal business controls.

McMahon received a B.B.A. from Western Connecticut State University and a J.D. from the City University of New York Law School.
