Scott Mitchell
Chairman and CEO, Open Compliance & Ethics Group (OCEG)

Scott Mitchell Mr. Mitchell serves as the Chairman and CEO of a 501(c)(3) nonprofit initiative called the Open Compliance & Ethics Group (OCEG).

OCEG, which has partnered with Compliance Week on numerous initiatives, including their highly touted "GRC Illustrated Series," provides standards, guidelines and online resources for integrating governance, risk management, compliance and ethics.

Mr. Mitchell was recognized by Human Resource Executive Magazine as one of the top 20 thought leaders in their "Forecast 2004” and “Forecast 2005” issues regarding the future of human resource management. Mr. Mitchell was recently recognized by Business Finance Magazine as one of the “Top 60 Influencers” in corporate finance.

Currently, Mr. Mitchell is also the Chairman and CEO of DoubleDrum Capital, a consulting and venture capital firm that specializes in early stage companies.

Prior to DoubleDrum Capital, Mr. Mitchell was previously the President and CEO of Learning Productions, a corporate training and “eLearning” company specialized in business simulation (he was awarded patent #7,016,880).
