Nannette Samuelson is a Director in Corporate Audit Services for BNSF Railway responsible for Transportation Audits. BNSF Railway Company is a $16 billion railroad which operates one of the largest North American rail networks, with about 32,000 route miles in 28 states and two Canadian provinces. BNSF Railway Company is among the world's top transporters of intermodal traffic, moves more grain than any other American railroad, carries the components of many of the products we depend on daily, and hauls enough low-sulfur coal to generate about ten percent of the electricity produced in the United States.
She is responsible for directing audits in the operational areas of the railroad including the Transportation, Engineering and Mechanical departments. In addition, she leads the annual Enterprise Wide Risk Assessment. Prior to assuming the role of Director of Transportation Audits, Nannette directed IT audits for BNSF.
Nannette has worked for BNSF for 10 years, the last 3 years in Corporate Audit. Prior to joining Audit, Nannette was responsible for Marketing Pricing Systems in the Technology Services Department. She has over 25 years of experience in various industries including Transportation and Insurance.
Nannette graduated from Dallas Baptist University with a BBA in Finance.
